Delivery

Upon confirmation of your order, please allow 24 hours for the delivery of your extensions.

IMPORTANT: For customers residing outside Canada, we aren’t responsible for customs fees or import charges, which may occur upon delivery of your order. Delivery standards are based on business days. They apply to items shipped between major urban centers and are calculated based on the distance traveled between origin and destination points. Some restrictions apply. All our services are subject to terms and conditions.

Return and Exchange Policy

If you aren’t completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept exchanges but certain conditions apply. No refunds are accepted.

To be eligible for this policy, products must be received in new condition (that’s to say, never handled, worn, stained or cut) and returned in their original packaging.

We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that violate our policy. If you make an exchange, the delivery costs will be at your expense. We will proceed with the exchange as soon as the products are returned and checked.

If we have made an error in the contents of your order, we will bear the cost of resending, if applicable.
