Delivery

Once you receive your order confirmation, please allow 24 hours for delivering your hair extensions.

IMPORTANT : For clients residing outside Canada: We will not be liable for any custom fees or import changes collected upon delivery. Delivery standards are within business days (these apply to items shipped between large urban centres), and based on the distance travelled between corresponding origin/destination points. Some restrictions may apply. All services are subject to terms and conditions.

Return and/or Exchange Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept good returns for exchanging or refunding, but certain conditions do apply.

In order to be eligible to this policy, all returned items must be received in their original unused condition (i.e. never been handled, worn, colored or cut), and returned in their original packaging.

We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange that do not comply with our return and/or exchange policy. Standard shipping charges will apply for an exchange. We will process your refund as soon we receive and verify the item(s).

If we made a mistake in your order, we will pay the return shipping charges (if need be).
